We stand with you during this unprecedented time and remain committed to our vision of helping people everywhere to live their best and most balanced lives.

 Our staff continues to work diligently to get your orders out to you as fast and safely as possible. Due to the global circumstance and the necessary measures taken to ensure everyone's safety, fulfillment and shipping timelines may be extended.

Please read further for more information on what you can expect from us at Halfmoon, and why our operations are being impacted as such. We thank you greatly for your continued loyalty to our brand and your patience with us during this time.

 

Extended Shipping and Order Fulfillment Times 

The safety of our customers, community, and partners is our top priority. We’re taking additional measures at our distribution centres in line with local, provincial, and national directives which may cause delays. Please be patient with us as we will do everything we can to get you your order as safely and quickly as possible so that you can continue to live your yoga, wherever you are!

As soon as your order ships you will receive an email notification with tracking, and our hope is that orders will leave our warehouse within 3-5 business days. Please note that our Bolsters, Zabutons, and Meditation Cushions are carefully handcrafted by our team in Burnaby, BC. As a result, orders with these items could take up to 10 business days to be assembled and leave our facility.

Distribution Center Precautions

Strict precautionary social and sanitation measures are in place at all of our Distribution Centers such that our community can continue to enjoy our wellness products from home.

All of our staff are taking the necessary precautions and following guidelines from regional, provincial and national directives. Examples include: 

  • Mandatory Masks
  • Tools, equipment, work stations, and communal areas are cleaned regularly  while all high-use areas and equipment are cleaned daily
  • Social distancing and physically distanced workstations
  • All of our staff are washing and sanitizing hands regularly. Cleaning stations with hand sanitizer and sterilizing wipes are set up across our facilities 
  • We have imposed strict receiving guidelines for all vendors

At this point, we have fully operational Distribution Centers in order to support you in living your yoga.

 

Socially Distanced Business As Usual 

All from remote working environments, our Customer Satisfaction team remains active to support you with any questions. Our usual business hours are in effect 8 am- 4 pm EST, Monday - Friday. Email is the most effective and efficient means of reaching our team. We strive to get back to all customer inquiries within 1 business day, although due to an influx of customer inquiries and questions during this time we do ask you to be patient with our response time as this may vary.

Your health, and the health of our team, are of the utmost importance and we continue to follow public health official inputs as we navigate this complex situation. With love, light, and gratitude.
