Orders are shipped via Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, or USPS.

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over $75 before tax, and after any promotions or discounts have been applied. Please note that some country restrictions apply.

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are not eligible for free shipping, and instead, we offer a flat rate shipping of $40. This will be automatically applied at check out after entering your shipping details.

We ship orders within Canada and the US. If you are interested in shipping internationally, additional shipping charges will apply. Feel free to reach out to us directly at hello@shophalfmoon.com or check our stockists’ page, as we may have a retailer in your country!

We work with a retail partner in Europe, www.greenyogashop.com, where many of our products can be purchased!

At this time we are only offering standard delivery service, and are not offering expedited shipping options at checkout.

We are unable to facilitate order pick up from our warehouse. Alternatively, you are welcome to purchase directly from one of our retail or studio partners. To find a studio or retail partner near you, check out our stockists’ page, or reach out to our team at hello@shophalfmoon.com.

It takes approximately 3-5 business days for our team to prepare your products for shipping. Please note that many of our products such as Bolsters, Zabutons, and Meditation Cushions are handmade with care at our manufacturing facility near Vancouver, BC, and orders with these products may take longer to prepare.

Once an order is placed, we are unable to edit or make changes. If there is an address issue with your order, please email us at hello@shophalfmoon.com with the details of the change, as we can try to update the address through one of our couriers. Please keep in mind that this process is never a guarantee and varies depending on the status of the shipment.

Prepayment is required for all orders placed through our site. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with tracking information.

Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator are processing and delivering a higher than normal volume of orders while implementing measures in order to keep their team and communities safe. Continue to keep an eye on your tracking number to follow the status of your order.

Due to the safety measures put in place by couriers to keep communities safe, you may experience a delay in the delivery of your order. Please note that it may not be lost, but rather taking longer than usual to arrive. Continue to keep an eye on your tracking number and thank you for your patience and understanding! 


If you still have not received your order please reach out to us at hello@shophalfmoon.com and a member of our team will investigate. Please note that claims for lost orders may take between up to 8 business days to resolve.

If your order has been marked as delivered but has not arrived, please check the surrounding area where packages are usually left or with your building's receptionist/concierge. Sometimes couriers will mark an order as delivered 24-48 hours early. If you have still not received it after this time frame, let us know by emailing hello@shophalfmoon.com and we will investigate.
